Q: Hi All,This is for the Oceanus Tranquil project which is almost ready for registration this year. My question is about the maintenance charges that the builder is collecting in advance1) They ask for a high 3.5 per sq feet charges. Is this normal? They say that nowadays the maintenance charges is this much2) They also plan to collect GST for this maintenance. My understanding is that if the monthly amount is less than 7500 we dont need GST3)For the first year is not the responsibility of the builder to take care of the maintenance?
