•  3 phase electricity supply, ISI make modular switches and  wires, Concealed copper wiring, Concealed Distribution  board with circuit breaker, phase changer and wiring  provision for installing inverter, A/C points in bedrooms and  living, T.V, &Telephone points in living and master bed room.

 JOINERIES

•  Panelled teak wood main door with brass accessories at  entrance, Bedroom features American moulded skin doors  with mortise lock & aluminium fittings. UPVC  sliding/openable windows with plain glass offer panoramic  views.

 PAINTING

•  Asian Emulsion paint over Birla white wall care putty for  inner walls. Exterior walls receive Asian paint — APEX 
•  emulsion over a primer. Enamel paint graces joineries and  the main doors are finished with melamine varnish.

 GENERAL

•  8 Passenger stainless steel (SS) Automatic lift, Overhead tank 
•  separately for bore and sump water. Common light provision  in stilt floor, headroom and staircase with a three- phase
