MASTER PLAN
I.DOORS AND WINDOWS
Main door will be of first quality Teak wood frame and melamine finish American mazonite moulded doo
All other doors will be of first quality Teak wood frame with white enamel paint finish American mazonite moulded door.
The main door will be provided with Godrej mortise latch and other doors will be fitted with anodized aluminum fittings.
All windows will be of Teak wood frames and shutters(or)UPVC windows with M.S ornamental grill and plain glass.
II. FLOORINGS
Flooring will be of vitrified 24" X 24" tile costing Rs 45/- Sqft (off white colour) flooring shall be done in living room, bedrooms, dining area, and kitchen.
Anti skid tiles of size 12"x12" costing Rs.30/- per sft in toilets, service area and balcony.
III. WALLS AND TILING
Interior walls will be finished with smooth putty finish with emulsion.
Bath room walls tiling Costing Rs 30/- Sq ft with concept designed off–white ceramic tiles up to 7ft height.
In the vicinity of washbasin 3' height and above the kitchen platform 2 height (Off white colour).
IV. KITCHEN PROVISION
Kitchen platform will be made of polished black colour
Granite stone.
The sink will be of stainless steel.
V. SHELVES AND LOFTS
Shelves / wardrobes shall be provided in the kitchen and bedrooms with cuddapah slab.
Lofts will be provided in the kitchen and bedroom
VI. ELECTRICITY AND WIRING
Electricity supply will be extended through three-phase with automatic phase changeover.
Modular Switches (Anchor roma or equal), plug points main board and sub main board will be provided with individual meters for the flats and common meter for common service.
Necessary electrical points (as per the size of the room) will be provided for lights, fans and electrical gadgets etc.,
VII. PLUMBING AND SANITARY WARE FITTINGS
Internal concealed plumbing will be of branded G.I Pipes and external plumbing will be of branded P.V.C Pipes.
The waste and underground sewage line will be done with P.V.C. pipes with P.V.C. specials and stoneware pipes.
All water closets and washbasin ( parry ware or equal) will be white color ceramic.
Toilet and kitchen fittings will be CP fittings. ( Jaquar Sumthing special or Crabtree make)
VIII. T.V. & TELEPHONE CABLES
Provision for T.V. antenna and telephone conduct will be provided
For living and bedrooms with good quality concealed
Conduits extended from the terrace.
IX. COMMON FEATURES
A sump and overhead tank of suitable capacity shall be provided for drinking and well water.
Approach pathway shall be provided with interlocking blocks.
The site will be covered by compound wall.
The motor pump set will be provided for pumping bore water and Corporation water
X. EXCLUSIONS
The following do not form part of our work.
Covering of bedroom and kitchen shelves / wardrobes with shutter.
Grill work of balconies.
