I.DOORS AND WINDOWS
Main door will be of good quality wood frame with teak wood paneled door.
All other doors will be of good quality wood frame with teak wood veneer doors.

III. WALLS AND TILING
Interior walls will be finished with smooth putty finish with emulsion.

VIII. T.V. & TELEPHONE CABLES
Provision for T.V. antenna and telephone conduct will be provided for living with good quality concealed conduits extended from the terrace.
IX. COMMON FEATURES
A sump and overhead tank of suitable capacity shall be provided for drinking and well water.
Approach pathway shall be provided with cast in situ or precast concrete slabs.
The site will be covered by compound wall.
The motor pump set will be provided for pumping bore water and panchayat water if available.
