MASTER PLAN
I. DOORS AND WINDOWS
Main door will be a good quality of Teak wood, a frame and a designed Panel Door with Melamine finish.
All other doors will be of good quality wood frame with Veneer finish Teak Wood Doors.
The main door will be provided with Godrej mortise latch and other doors will be fitted with Godrej Locks & Fittings.
All windows will be of good quality UPVC frames and shutters with MS Ornamental Grill and Plain Glass.
II. FLOORINGS
Flooring will be of 24" X 24" "ASIAN" or equivalent Vitrified Tile costing Rs. 50/- Sq. Ft. flooring shall be done in living room, bedrooms, dining area.
Anti-skid tiles in kitchen, service area, balcony and toilets.
Note: The Choice of Color is white to Off-white.
III. WALLS AND TILING
Interior walls will be finished with smooth putty finish with emulsion.
Bath room walls finished with "ASIAN" or equivalent glossy tiles Costing Rs. 40/- Sq. Ft. designed by architects; upto 7 feet height.
Glossy tiles finished in the vicinity of wash basin, upto 2' height and above the kitchen platform upto 2' height.
IV. KITCHEN PROVISION
Kitchen platform will be made of polished black colour granite stone. The sink will be of stainless steel.
V. SHELVES AND LOFTS
Provision of Shelves will be provided in the kitchen and bedrooms.
Lofts will be provided in the kitchen and bedrooms.
VI. ELECTRICITY AND WIRING
Electricity supply will be extended through three-phase.
Branded Switches, plug-points, main board and sub-main board will be provided with individual meters for the Flats and Common meter for common service.
Necessary electrical points (as per the size of the room) will be provided for lights, fans and electrical gadgets etc.,
VII. PLUMBING AND SANITARY WARE FITTINGS
Internal concealed plumbing will be of branded CPVC Pipes and external plumbing will be of branded CPVC Pipes.
The waste and underground sewage line will be done with PVC pipes with PVC specials accessories.
All water closets and wash basin will be "Parryware Cascade" white color ceramic.
Toilet and kitchen fittings will be "JAQUAR CONTINENTAL" CP fittings.
VIII. T.V. & TELEPHONE CABLES
Provision for T.V. antenna and telephone conduit will be provided in living room and bed rooms with good quality concealed conduits extended from the terrace.
IX. COMMON FEATURES
A sump and overhead tank of suitable capacity shall be provided.
Approach pathway shall be provided with pre-cast concrete blocks.
The site will be covered by compound wall.
The motor pump set will be provided for pumping bore water and Corporation water.
X. EXCLUSIONS OF OUR WORK
Wood work and Interiors in Living room, bedroom and kitchen.
Grill work of balconies.
Electrical fittings like fans, lights. etc.,
