Q: Where are they planning to invest in India? What is the reason behind it?

Mainly the NRI's is planning to invest in Mumbai and Delhi as those two cities are the most promising markets as far as return of investment and net profitability. Moreover the rupees has depreciated against the U.S dollars which made Indian homes cheaper in dollar price.
