Property price is depended or based on locality or area. So its matter how was the area? Noid property price starts 19 Lakhs up to 90 Lakhs or more than that.

The appreciation of a particular piece of land/flat is directly proportional to location(i.e what are prospect of futhure /what type of infrastructure is going to coming in coming time/facilities ect.)Apart from this it also depends on a type of builder selected by particular individual.
According to me, apartment with a terrace will always be a good option. The price depends on the project, facilities, locality, age of the building etc.

Hi Bhuvnesh, ongoing base price in Paramount Floraville is around Rs 3500-3700. It might differ later but not in a high scale. It all depends on the developments by Dec 2012. However upcoming Airport is at a distance of 5km to 10 km, Railway Station in New Delhi at distance of 15km to 20 km.

If you are going to invest now then you can go for Greater Noida as the land prices are also low. But if you are planning to do the investment after 2-3 years then you can invest for Ghaziabad. The development happening in Ghaziabad has no compare to Noida after few years.
