It is untarred, and just 20 feet wide, for the last 500meters, which passes through a village. Developer showed me CDP as per which to roads would be widened and another district highway would come up very close by. How much can such things be trusted ? Can one hope that in 7-8years (my investment horizon), the roads would indeed get widened ?
Latest Answer: Hello Jayanth, You never now how much will it take for road widening. It may take 10-15 years also and it is also political. I feel it is always better to go for property which have clear documents and does have such kind of problems.
