Marathalli and Whitefield are such area where the real estate has grown rapidly. Marathahalli today is considered an extension of the main city of Bangalore

Marathahalli is no more count as a village or backward area and is being listed as one of the suburbs of Bangalore city. According to a survey, the region is being positioned at 13th out of 20 best places to live in Bangalore.

ORR is the better option to travel to Whitefield and Electronic city. ORR is the future of Bangalore and compare to Bannerghatta, the quality, significance and value of the property is far better in ORR.

I personally feel ORR will be fully congested in the peak time, it is full of dust because of the constructions and the whole area is treeless.

Since I stay in Outer Ring Road I can say that ORR is becoming the leading residential development as a result of the commercial growth, making the place self reliant and also metro rail will be connecting.
