Current the rate going on in this project is Rs 5000 and the project is spread over 5 acres of land with 335 units :) :)

Tower 4 and 5 will be ready to move in by end of 2015. Tower 1, 2 & 3 will get completed by 2016 mid.

b) Shopping : BDA complex (3 kms) / Metro Cash N Carry: (4 Kms)
c) Electronic City (15mins Drive)
d) Upcoming Metro station: Just (1.5 kms)

All apartments are independent, they do not share any common walls with neighbour. All apartments’ are vaastu complaint, lots of amenities for luxurious living and the project is situated between BDA layouts, so Kaveri water connections and sewage connection will not be a problem though now they have only bore-wells to supply water. I feel this project will fetch you good returns.

HDFC, LIC, ICICI, Axis and First Blue Home finance and SBI has approved the project. BBMP has also approved the project.
