A large number of ethnic Bengalis have moved out from Bhowanipore is over the years. If you want to purchase a residential apartment in Bhowanipore, it is going to be a resale property. Why would you spend money on an old property when you can get a new residential apartment in the same money in a different region? If your budget is flexible and you don’t mind the extra expenses, Bhowanipore is a good region to live with close proximity to all medical facilities and intercity transportation
