Skyon was launched what a good 12-18 months ago and it will still take a min 6 months for construction to start.

Frnds should be aware of the fact that,ireo launched this project without getting the EC , which is
morally incorrect,although a dtcp license probably permits
them to launch a project. But if EC has not issued any certificate since
march of 2011 for any builders.

I would like to add that if you are looking to buy Skyon, which is a good investment, you are much
better off buying it in re-sale where not only the BSP at Rs 9200-9300 which is
much lower i.e. that is for 4 BHK; for 3 BHK its further 700-800 lower but
also the PLC and Car Park charges are lower..

Hi, just had word with sales executive, they said the project has got all the approvals and work on Skyon has started and that the excavation is going on and future installments will start getting due as per Agreement.

This is one of the best project coming up in Gurgaon. The skyon is the fastest moving project from Ireo. The price rise at about Rs 300 psf per month. The current company price has been recently hiked to
10400. The current resale price is around 9200, 9300 types. If you are
getting the unit with Rs 900 0 sq ft , it a slightly on the lower side, hence a good one !!

Ireo Skyon is at a resale value of 9000 bsp at present, where as other project in the same area are selling at 7000 to 8000. With a budget of 1.5 Cr, a 2 bhk at Skyon is for luxury investment.
