I am planning to buy a 2 bhk in this project. What is the rate per sqft going on and what is the area of 2 bhk apartments?

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4600. The area of a 2 bhk apartment in this project are 1091 sqft and 1102 sq.ft

The average selling price going on in this locality is Rs 4700. Yelahanka is well rounded and multi-faceted. You can expect appreciation within a time frame of 3 to 5 years.

They just started with the work, the project is estimated to get completed by 2018 end most probably.

I have visited this project on 14th March 2015 and it looks they have started the construction recently or it has been stopped for long time as there were no construction activity. From the forum it looks this project was pre-launched in August 2013. Is this project really got all the approvals if yes, why is hte project still in preliminary stage since 1.5 years?

As far as I know the project was launched on 30th January 2015 and the estimated possession date of the project is by July 2018

I heard that the project has not received BBMP approvals yet? Is that true? What about the banks approvals?

Yes but the sales guy told that they will get BBMP approval by end of this month. Banks like SBI, HDFC and Axis has approved the project.

The project is still in pre-launch stage but the are planning to launch the project by end of this month.

It was around Rs 3200 per sqft but now they ahve increased it to Rs 4000. But no negotiation is there :( :(

Yeah Gaurang, The rate per sqft has gone up and now the rate per sqft is Rs 4800 per sqft. The basic price of the apartment ranges from Rs 49 lakhs to Rs 65 lakhs approxmately
