Q: How is the locality??? how are the safety and employment structure, if i choose this place to stay with my family , will it be a good place to live??

True even the area is not properly developed, slums are around and roads are very narrow and broken.. cars moving is a big problem :(

Even this place was in news due to illegal building ... also there were some issue about the multi storey buildings also, hence do check all the documents if your are going for projects in this are.

Guys the land is also expensive when it is compared with the land in east Delhi,, hence this is a not a good place for investment but might turn a good place for end use

See the main negative issue about the area is .. when it rains, the water becomes stagnant which raises traffic issues in NH 58 hence the whole area becomes a mess.

Hi, the employment structure of the area is very good, you have Sohibadad industrial area within few km , hence the maximum employment is generated from here .Also new IT companies are coming in,.. which will pull up the graph :)
