Proximity to Noida proves to be a strong point of attraction for buyers in Crossings Republik. Therefore, the working class of Noida is showing a keen interest in the properties available here, as the area is at a distance of 6 Km from Noida City Center Metro Station. Hence the demand graph is increasing and it will affect the price to appreciate more , in near future.

I think one more point that is encouraging the price to go up is the brands of project and the quality of project. Also the project over there are free from all land litigation…. Crossing republik offers project without any legal issues… and hardly any delay in the possession.

The
appreciation in price can be attributed to world class infrastructure,
state-of-the-art facilities and amenities, and good connectivity of the
area to important places in and around the city. Currently, 2BHK, 3 BHK
and 4BHK apartments are sold in Crossings Republik at an average price
range of 25lac – 75 lac. Rental values vary from Rs.8000 to Rs.18000
per month..

Crossings Republik in Ghaziabad is witnessing a huge demand for rental properties
and within six months, around 5,000 families have already occupied many
properties. The demand for rental properties are rising due to the IT
professionals working in Noida and Delhi.

Guys i disagree, when you can get a 3 bhk at Rs 55 lac to Rs 65 lac, why to rent ??? Renting won't serve a purpose, whereas , you can have investment. A 3 bhk will cost you Rs 15000 per month rent, whereas the price will be Rs 61 lac…So guys buying is better. Moreover, the sq ft area is good for 3 bhk….

Hi, after witnessing a huge ups and downs the area is now having a stable price range.
During the quarter of 2007, properties here were sold at an average price of about Rs. 1600 per sq.ft.
In the first quarter of 2009, rates went high to about Rs. 2200 per sq.ft, and came down to Rs. 1900/- in second quarter of 2010.
Looking at the variation of prices, you can understand the ups and downs. The price is also expected to go high after the area is totally developed! so prepared about it.

Hi, i want to enlighten you guys that Crossings Republik offers Rs 5-6 per sq ft for any property whereas others rental properties offers Rs 9-13 per sq ft.Hence, looking at the structure the rent is less and you can really opt for it.
