Q:Hi, kindly share that whether Crossing Republik is good for investment purpose or for end users???What kind of returns is expected after 5 years if i invest in now.
Latest Answer: but there are concerns on Crossing republik being 3 sided sorrounded with Dumping ground ( court case in Supreme court), Sewage treatment plant beside golf course and a Crabon polluting factory across the nh24.
these three sorroundings are giving a big hit to its future pollution , hygeine and locality.
Also its appreciation came on a snail pace after noida extension got a clearance in High court . So Noida extension picked up slowing it down.
Indrapuram is hotter place but with lesser planned infra but more accessible.
I still feel in future dumping ground and sewage plants can raise a big question on price appreciation and may even depreciate a bit.
Its my opnion but yes socitey is too good in its infra and connectivity no doubt. Hope that pulia connecting noida extension and crossing republik gets widend soon!!

The project was launched just a year back with a price of Rs 2000 per sq ft, whereas right now they are selling units at the rate of Rs 3500 per sq ft. Hence with an year or so, the price has also doubled. They told that the possession time will be end of 2015.
