Hi, i guess this is a classic example of price falling down in real estate market.. brand like DLF is forced to cell their units like this... here it comes , the bubble of high price has been hit due to the economic slow down... more real estate price is gonna drop down....

See there is a mix views about the economic slow down, some say ... the price of the properties will not be affected by the present situation...but looking at DLF and the situation .. i think we should wait !!
Hi , firstly i would like to tell you , DLF never keep its project in Pre launch state. Only after all approvals, DLF directly launches the project. The price of the units is Rs 5100 per sq ft... what is your requirement??
You know guys i have enquired about this project with a broker and he said he can give me in Rs 4300 per sq ft as a discounted price... isn't it a great offer!:) :)
Hi, the project is located in Sector-90 which is very close to NH 8.. near about 7 km and also you have Dwarka Expressway which is 3-4 km away from the project. This shows the approachability of the project is very good.
