I am interested in buying 2 Or 3 BHK in DLF Gurgaon
If a 2 BHK is advertised for 1.1 CR what are Other Costs when Buying flat please give Details of each Cost? I am a NRI buyer. Thanks

Wow, this seems to be a project hard to resist, but for the price tag, I will really need a loan. Are there any banks that have approved loans for this DLF project?

Oh! Don’t worry about loans nationalized banks like State Bank of India and other private sector housing finance companies like the ICICI Home Finance and HDFC Home loans are readily financing this project. There are more banks to get added to this list soon.

The project is Close to Multi Utility Corridor which is the spine of DLF Gardencity. It is also Close to Commercial Business District of Gurgaon at sectors 74A/75A. The project has easy access from all points in Delhi and Gurgaon. From Central Delhi it connects via 60m/150m wide NH8 merging into Multi-utility corridor via Central Periphery road. From South Delhi it connects via 90m wide southern periphery road. And from Dwarka it connects via 150m wide northern periphery road.

DLF Garden City Regal Gardens will have 3 BHK and 4 BHK Units with Specification of 1693 – 1818 sqft for a 3 BHK at Rs. 6250 as the per sq ft price adding up to Rs. 1.05Cr - Rs. 1.13Cr per unit. And the 4 BHK will be of 2215 - 2215 sqft with the per Sq Ft price at Rs. 6250 adding up to Rs. 1.38Cr - Rs. 1.38Cr per unit.
