See Praveen this is a luxury homes project located in the heart of DLF Gardencity. The brand is good, the connectivity is good! I guess you can expect more than 50 % after the given time period!

hi, the project is well connected with Delhi and Gurgaon. You have NH 8, Dwarak Expressway and KMP Expressway ! You can travel to Delhi very easily through this !

Hmm Shivshankar, banks like SBI, ICICI,HDFC have approved the project. The expected completion date is in 2016 May. But I feel it will be end of 2016.. but a worthwhile project to wait for !

Sukhpreet, the builder is quoting Rs 6250 sq ft + EDC and parking. You have payment plans also ! You can choose according to your choice!

Hi the project is offering 3-4 bhk and the sizes ranges between 1693 sq ft -2215 sq ft. This is a good and affordable project in New Gurgaon. Are you looking for investment purpose or as an end user!
