Hi Ravi, As per my knowledge, builder is providing discount upto 11% of BSP, base on the stage of construction at the time of issuance of PAL.
On booking along with application- 1Lac, With in 1month from the date of issuance of PAL- 55% of BSP + IDC+Car parking+ESSC, On completion of 3rd floor roof slab- 20% of BSP, On completion of 5th floor roof slab- 20% of BSP, On offer of possession- 5% of BSP + Club charge+ IFMD+Maintenance charge+One time lease rent charges.
Project started in 2012-13. Last week I visited just to see the progress and here what I found :
1. No work has been done since 10 months 2. Existing contractor is bundling up the work and taking way his equipments as they have not been paid by Jaypee 3. Most optimistic date for possession is 2018. Better expect 2020 as projects started before Kove has not yet been delivered. 4. Focus is only on stadium and plots as of now 5. Appreciation is not much as there has been delays in delivery in this entire area
Better go to the site and see the progress rather than asking them over the calls.

Hmm see frnd, i can say looking at the brand and the location , you will get 20% appreciation at the time of possession... this is minimum am telling... now it again depends on the builder , if he delivers the project on time.. then the chances for the price to go up is more.
I am not confident about this project, the price looks good, but do not know about the builder....pls tell me what are the a,amenities the project is providing?
They have some special amenities like Earth quake resistant RCC, framed structure, Round-the-clock manned security with CCTV monitoring,Swimming pool with separate kids pool,Gym with all modern equipment.And the basic amenities they are providing are like 24 hours water supply, electricity supply, CCTV guard and all...
They are quoting Rs 3700 per sq ft, but before you invest in this project i would like to say that the builder is very late, especially with this project, so it is advisable that before you take have a word with the local brokers
Hi,yes the builder has good reputation , till now toh koi bad comment is not there.. i think a good feedback can be given by the brokers... Although i want to give you few details.. they have 2-3-4 bhks and 3 bhk is sold out /
Guys this project was launched in 2010 and this is basically a high rise building, hence the possession time is super late... The expected complication date is after 3 and half years.
