Hi, Jamuna this is a project by Wave. Wave is a good reputed builder, so you do not worry about investing . The project is offering 2 and 3 bhk and the project is coming up in township where schools and colleges both are planned.What is the specification you are looking at ?

Hi, they are quoting Rs 3650 per sq ft. The project is in soft launch, hence there are chances for the price to go up more.Secondly , the project is approved by GDA hence you will get all the loans..
