Hi, Guys what are the price they are quoting for 3 bhk and which are the floors that are available???

See, right now above 7 floor, the units are available. They have quoted price at Rs 3590 per sq ft . Also the size they are offering is between 1206 sq ft and 1521 sq ft for 3 bhk.

Hi, the area is very good and upcoming area for investment . So are you looking for investment or end use. For end use the project is very good. Although the project was launched in 2011 march due to some land problems the project a bot long time to finish up.

Hi, I have inquired about the banks, the sales executive said that , banks like Central Bank of India, Axis, ICICI,and India Bulls have approved the loan. You can take home loan from there.
