I am also seeking to buy a flat in La Solara,Noida so, I want to know whether the construction work is on track or it has been delayed since a long time.

Please guide me so that I can take a proper decision related to purchase or talk to builder.

Corporation bank also is providing loan for La Solara. The project has 4 towers in 3.85 acres with the minimum size of 1145 sqft (2 BHK). It is also having some specifications.

The project has good location and it is near to proposed metro station.For now the nearest metro station is Noida City Center. So all i get to know is the location is good, the area is livable which will pull in the money. I can assume a double returns, at the time of possession.

Hi, Sir, there is no delay in the project. There are two towers, they have launched only two blocks and many more blocks more to be launched.... I had a word with the executive sales person , he confirmed that 2016 Dec is the possession date.
