Q: Hi, how is the place for living??? I heard there is a village, will that affect the project?? How about the land problems???

According to Noida Master Plan 2021, there are plans for transportation and infrastructural development such as, Noida –Greater Noida Expressway, Rail connection with Ghaziabad at one end and Tughlakabad at the other end. It is been predicted that within 2021, from industrial area Noida will soon turn into a metropolis.

Noida has been in the spotlight due to its drastic and sudden improvement in the residential and commercial real estate area. I would like to suggest you that, Sector 110, 100, 168, 137 areas of Yamuna Expressway are counted to be the most probable place for growth. It is expected that the price graph will march upward in the near future.

What is the connectivity of the place?? is it good enough??to investment in that area??

It is just is 5-7 minutes drive away from metro station, forties hospital, 2-3 minutes drive from FNG express highway, 10 minutes drive from Atta Market, sector-18, which are added advantages.

Hi, the area is a developing area....with good connectivity, accessibility and available facilities, sector 119 in Noida has become one of the preferred locations for those looking for apartments on rents.

The land problems have solved.. So do not worry about land issues.... this area is best for rentals..... rather than investment and buying....True there were land issues .. but now what ever projects are coming up have all clearance...
