Learn more Recently (01-03-2016) I have visited the property and not satisfied with quality and facilities provided by Lodha Casa Paradiso Sanath Nagar. I am sharing my feedback and might be helpful to others. Earlier too many issues faced by the owners, now most of the issues are cleared and it's ready to occupy. Only 70% occupancy out of 600+ units and existing residents are facing water shortage. What will be the future availability after full occupancy? Ground water is not available so there is no bore water at all. Builder is telling they had taken separate Manjira connection but it's not sufficient. Property is having water recycling plant but residents complaining about water's colour, taste is not good. Property is located

Latest Answer: Lodha Group/Casa Paradiso has made me and 100s run pillar to post for our money. I had booked a flat. They are not genuine. Thanks to Advocate Senthil Kumar (advocatesk@india.com). I got my money back. Please do not go with Lodha Group if you care for your hard earned money.
