Recently (01-03-2016) I have visited the property and not satisfied with quality and facilities provided by Lodha Casa Paradiso Sanath Nagar. I am sharing my feedback and might be helpful to others.
Earlier too many issues faced by the owners, now most of the issues are cleared and it's ready to occupy.
Only 70% occupancy out of 600+ units and existing residents are facing water shortage. What will be the future availability after full occupancy?
Ground water is not available so there is no bore water at all.
Builder is telling they had taken separate Manjira connection but it's not sufficient.
Property is having water recycling plant but residents complaining about water's colour, taste is not good.

Q:we have confirmed booking in Casa Paradiso, They promised the delivery on March 2012, But till now the delivery is getting delayed. Over a year delay in delivery is really horrible. :-( They mis-directed us while booking that there can be possible 3 month delay in delivery, But after making initial payment and conforming the booking, they came up with possible one year delay in writing, Was shocked to look at thatBut now they are telling the possible delivery can be only on June 2013. somebody has to address this situation...

We also purchased House in Casa I need customer group email ID, we to do the registration they are saying in consumer forum some case going on so they can not register the property now...I want to know reality...not able to believe customer care people. Please help
Q:This project doesn't have any permission.
Actually some time back I have planned to buy apartment in this project, I have done little research about it. These guys have permission only up to 5 floors. But they are selling up to 7th floor. They have not got the clearance from Hyderabad Begampet airport authority.
Latest Answer: The locality is good and many modern amenities are promised. The possession date is by July 2012 onwards.. The price is approximately Rs.38 lac to Rs.45 lac for 2 bhk and Rs.59 lac to Rs.75 lac for 3 bhk.
Q:I am interested in buying flat..but I haven't received any positive feedback about other ventures of Lodha Groups..Mostly regarding possession or project completion..I am badly confused..the way they are promoting..I don't want to loose this opportunity. Also any idea will it give good returns?
Latest Answer: Lodha Group/Casa Paradiso has made me and 100s run pillar to post for our money. I had booked a flat. They are not genuine. Thanks to Advocate Senthil Kumar (advocatesk@india.com). I got my money back. Please do not go with Lodha Group if you care for your hard earned money.
