Q: Hi All,
I am Mohan for Fiesta - VIVO 502

Have anyone signed the agreement? If not please do let me know when can we all meet and what are all the changes you had asked in the agreement. I got the agreement copy from FIESTA and going through the same.

Also I had spoken with Sudha (the New CRM manager) for the revision in the
charge per sqft if SJR delays but end up with vain.
Please revert back, so that we can discuss more.

Thanks

Q: Hi..

I am interested in SJR Fiesta however bit afraid after seeing that they are using Porotherm blocks in construction. I did research on the same but could not locate any pros or cons of same.
Got a blog also .. abt complaining for porotherm bricks being used by SJR primecorp.

http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/breeach-of-trust-and-consumer-sentiments-c506395.html

Does someone has any idea of porotherm blocks regarding durability or reliability of same?

Please let me know.
Thanks
Latest Answer: Porotherm bricks are kind of clay bricks and they are very fragile and brittle when in stress after construction. Too much of care is also required to maintain them. These bricks absorb lots of water compared to other construction material which results in more moisture content and more dampening in the walls. The llok is goos but it adds up the maintainance cost in the long run. So it is less durable and reliable.
