Require Feedback on Reliable Woods project

Q: Hi,
I have seen a 30*40 plot in Reliable woods project.So would like to get the feedback on this project from the community. Please let me know if there are any problems regarding water/sanitory/electricity/legality.

hi sankar,
I am also interested in a 30/40 plot in reliable woods, I did check around and this seems like a nice secluded residential area. As far as my research goes there is no problems with water/sanitation. small community but hidden nicely behind the apartment jungle out in sarjapur road. Do you know what is the going rate per sqft ?
