Q: Project is delayed by ONE year at least. They promised earlier for Apr 2017
No reasons provided by BUILDER.
HE is not giving RENT also.

Project delayed by ONE year.
Poor Quality Railings used in Common Area.
Poor Quality Grills for Window.
Ordinary Doors - Not upto Expectation.
All Bathroom fittings are very BASIC model
Tiles are not from known brands and Tiling work is very BAD.
Finishing work very BAD

About Builder

New Builder. Sold Apartment telling it is a premium project but its a very POOR ONE.

I am planning to book a 2bhk flat in Saibya Sterling, Hosapalaya Main Road, HSR Layout, Bangalore. As I can see, it is a RERA approved project and all approvals are in place. Can I go for it? What is the current asking rate is going on?

I would like to tell you that few 2 BHK are still available for the resale option? And its current asking rate is Rs.5099 per sqft for resale. A 2 BHK in 926 sqft will cost you around Rs.47.22 plus stamp duty and registration charges.
