NOC from builder-Ignis C

Q: i have applied for bank loan.bank is asking for the NOC from the builder.builder is not ready with the NOC.????????? what is the problem.......

I have booked flat in Tierra D. For housing loan disbursement, Bank requires Commencement certificate from Govt, for my floor, but the prmission is only upto 7th floor !!
I donot know how come builder sells a property on a floor which doesn't have permission from Govt? Can someone pl. advise if this is the normal way? I am worried that this shouldnot go as Adarsh society scam and ordered for demolition.

I have booked in ignis "b".they claim they will give possession by august 2011.well lets hope for the best for every owner.

i have booked one in IGNIS E.... yet to get the NOC..... i have my loan approved by HDFC but they have not made any disbursement till date.... i regularly cross the site on my way to the office.... they work is on full swing

Hi Vivek,
Even i am after the representative as i have to apply for a loan. I have time and again kept calling the representative for good 6 months now but the response is, it is still awaited from authorities. In a way it is good as well as bad. Good, because he is not starting the project without necessary permissions, i am currently staying in a building with no permissions and i do not want to tell what a heck of life it is. Bad, because everyone of us have stalled in atleast 30% of the amount with the builder and not sure when now the project will be completed. We should afterwards ask for compensation for delay which are over and above the agreement terms, after we are going to get the possession.

I booked my flat in Tierra B. Asked the Lodha guys for documents to initiate the loan process. They say that they are waiting for a couple of legal documents.
Are we sure that the projects are not going to be cancelled?
