Anybody aware of real reason why CASA Univis Cielo C has not progressed beyond 10th floor?

Q: Stalled construction of CASE Univis Cielo C building. If it is due to TMC not providing the permit, what is it that the builder has violated that has compelled the TMC take such action? Is there a way to find out what is the real reason with TMC directly and also whether there is any legal way out builder can take corrective action to resolve the problem? This way we will know whether the building construction is stopped for ever or not.

i guess we need to talk to each other and stay in touch and fight this nuisance as a team. Individually neither the builder nor the Thane registration Dept will entertain us. My name is Roshan Fernandes and my mobile no is 9004467787. i am on watsapp too. we can start a community and get together and approach them as a group. please dont take it lightly, its bcos of our carefree nature these people get away with things.

Even i am facing the same situation. the builder is offering no assistance but instead only asking for money and he charges interst for any dealy. But what about his delays?

So far it has been via email - with those who have shared their email ids and contact details. We are also jointly exploring the options. I think we should get a hang of extent of problem which has prevented progress of construction. We need to listen to what Lodha has to say/offer to resolve the problem, gauge Lodha's intertest level/impact on brand image to resolve problem, and take a call on further course of action based on response. Coming to the first step there more questions than answers at the moment-Who in TMC should be approched? Will TMC entertain queries from us or expect us to file RTI. If it is RTI, we need to understand the process. Any help /advise in getting the facts first will be helpful

I am also affected of the Cielo C flat. How can we contact all the affected owners of Cielo C and then jointly take over the matter. Any consideration of going to the consumer court ??

Hi Mr Bettoli, a few months back I had read somewhere that the builders asking for payment towards Brickwork/Plaster/Possession even before the construction work reached the said floor/flat. They had demanded payment for "Initiation of Brick Work" for their Cielo-C building from all the buyers of 28 floors at the time of laying slab on 7th floor in a building which is supposed to be 28 floors.
