Q: hi...we are interested to buy a 2 BHK lat. is it worth to invest in casa univis?

The current situation doesn't suggest that one should invest in an under construction project

Well I think investing in any real state is worth. But it is always better to have a site visit before one closes on the deal. Casaunivis is better than Casabell as far as I think.
