Review on ND developers

Q: Hi owners, When i checked in mouth shut review there were lot of negative comments again ND developers that they dont deliver what they promise and would be a considerable dealy and fight. Could the existing owners throw me some light, to help decide on ND passion.

hi, This builder is the biggest fraud builder in entire Bangalore. They never complete their projects on time. Don't provide legal documents. All of their projects are delayed by more than 2-3 years. Whenever customer try to approach Mr. Duraani, he avoids them. Very very unprofessional approach. DONT BUY.

Hi all.. ND Developers have mixed responses from buyers' side. There are both happy buyers and unhappy buyers of their projects.. So it's always better to visit their completed projects and decide on your own whether to invest or not.

Even I am looking for Laurel. Could you please share your research work on ND developers if you got chance to speak with owners at ND props?

HI Sreedevi, Nimish, I am also planning to invest in ND developers Laurel. Can you share any research you have done on the builders. Their designs are good. but dont know whether they will live upto their promise.

I agree there is lot of negative comments , but i think none of the builders are spare these days.

I feel if you like the design and get the best price you can go ahead and do the booking
