Planning to buy 2 bhk in N D Passion. Any water or legal issue with apartment?

Q: I am planning to buy 2 bhk in N D Passion. Want to know how is the water condition.

If anyone can tell what will be the descent price for 2 bhk (1285 sq ft) apartment.

The price of a 2 bhk apartment in this project ranges from Rs 65 lakhs to Rs 85 lakhs approximately. The project has been approved by BBMP and I do not think there is any legal issue in this project.
