Q: Hi owners, When i checked in mouth shut review there were lot of negative comments again ND developers that they dont deliver what they promise and would be a considerable dealy and fight. Could the existing owners throw me some light, to help decide on ND passion.

Latest Answer: hi, This builder is the biggest fraud builder in entire Bangalore. They never complete their projects on time. Don't provide legal documents. All of their projects are delayed by more than 2-3 years. Whenever customer try to approach Mr. Duraani, he avoids them. Very very unprofessional approach. DONT BUY.
