Hi, Can someone please confirm the best price running now ? I was offered 3450 by the builder for a 3BR on 18th Feb-12. And why are all the terrace apartments still free ? Only because its top floor ? Are there any history of seepage or bad finish quality from ND based on their other projects [Sepal etc] feedback ?
