Q: Hi. My name is Jalpa. I have booked a flat at Casa Univis but I am extremely worried about the progress of the project. Has anyone visited the site recently? Do you think we all will recieve the possession within the stipulated deadlines..

If you are the owner of any apartment in Lodha Casa Univis project then you can join the owners group of this project and discuss with other owners/residents of the project in the group. I've booked in Ignis (E), the possession for which is revised to somewhere between july end 2012 - Sep end2012 but without OC (which is illegal). So we may need to wait for some more time or long time to occupy out flats or else have to fight.

There is a definite delay. We have booked in Tierra and our possession date was revised to August 2012 from end of 2011.

Not sure. Mine is in Ignis E Wing for which the schuled posession date is in June 2011. I think they may revise it as currenlty 13th floor slab work is in progress.
