Q: IGNIS title is not clear and registration for higher flat is done without proper NOC.Without noc they are also demanding installments.

I am sure you told them that you are financing the amount on your own. Tell them you are applying for loan and they will not ask for payments.

the registration is done by the thane registration office. so we believe there is some authentication in that process. Even i am surprised how the registration can be done without all the requisite permissions.
