Housing Loan

Q: LIC housing finance is not providing loan to Casa Univis Project since they find there are some issues with the property. The required clearance are missing that's what they are saying, if there are anyone who has taken loan from LIC Housing Finance for Casa Univis, pls. let me know your mail-id or cell no. since providing your reference can simplify acquiring housing loan for me.

I have booked one flat in CASA Royale for which CC is not there for my floor ( I was misleaded while booking the flat) . My flat registeration has also been done after paying 20% of the amount but now Lodha is demanding another 65% { plus late payment charges if i fails to give money within their time frame) for which LIC is not disburshing the amount because of absence of CC . Why should i pay late payment charges if it's Lodha fault to not get CC ? Is anyone faced similar issue and how they dealt with ?

I bought a flat in ignis and applied for loan at HDFC. I even got the loan approval. Also got several reminders for disbursement but papers not yet clear from Lodha. I have also completed the registration process.

i applied in SBH . They too put my application on HOLD until i produce the clearence . For past 6 months i am hearing the same tone "GETTING CLEARENCE WITH IN 2 MONTHS" from the BUILDER . God knows when will this "so called 2 months" will arrive according to LODHA'S calender ...
