Q: I would like to touch base with other owners at Bay central Dubai for discussions on our purchase and project.

Latest Answer: Hi Keith. I have apartment in Bay Central and really frustrated by their work and attitude. Apartment size is less than contract states, and they still insisting in full payment. Tottaly redesigned entrance to Central Tower. Please contact me if you have a problem with them as well.
