Casa Bella - Serena Building

Q: We have booked a 2bhk ultima flat in casabella,serena-d wing in may2010...till now the plinth work has not started..we have paid almost 7.10 lacs as downpayment..since it is 10 months past and still nothing has started for our building..we are planning to withdraw money and cancell our booking..Does anyone know the process to claim the money back and has anyone got the money back from the developer?

NO, please don't do that. i have booked Mar 09. the same position is here. but we have to trust on Lodha. they have completed some buildings of the project and planning to give possession soon. would like to suggest you to wait and watch. if you go for cancellation, their rules are very tough and some of your payments will be forfeited and the balance you will get in installments in 2 years with no interest.
