Q: Can anybody let me know hos is the connectivity to the site. Are there any reputed schools and colleges nearby as I am planning to book a flat?

There is a School named as Chandresh Lodha Memorial School which is not so much reputed in Dombivli, but it is nearest to Lodha Casa Bella.

In fact the builder is charging Rs. 4550 as rate per sqft. Since I have plan of booking a 2 BHK flat in this project, my question is when will the completion be over and has the bookings commenced? Is the project approved by concerned authorities and which banks are providing home loan? Kindly do specify??

Hi Sunil,
For your kind information, the bookings are going on and if you are really interested in buying a flat then please do hurry up because it seems that only few flats are left out. Mostly the delivery will be by Jan 2017. Came to know from the sales executive that the project has been approved by TMC under which jurisdiction the project is situated. I heard that several public as well as private sector banks like HDFC, ICICI, LIC Housing Finance, IDBI, Punjab National bank and Dena bank have approved for loans for this project.

Thanks for the info for the list of schools given. Since I am planning to book a flat in this project it will help me a lot in putting my son in a good school. By the way want to know what are the flats available and its price. Whats the builder charging as rate per sqft?

Hi Vinay,
The flats comes with 1,2, and 3 BHK units. 1 BHK comes with an area measuring 635 sqft and are priced at Rs. 26.58 lakhs. 2 BHK has a total area ranging between 920-1062 sqft and are priced at 41.72-48.26 lakhs. 3 BHK costs approx Rs. 50 lakhs and have an built up area of 1098 sqft.

Hi,
Since bookings are going on in full phase since its launch in Nov 2013 and I have booked a 1 BHK flat in Lodha Casa Bella. To my knowledge the transport availability and connectivity is good enough. Buses are available on frequent basis from Dombivili towards Kalyan, Bhiwandi, UllasNagar, Thane and Shahad. Kalyan station is just 2.5 kms from the project and one can also easily get autos and taxis. Kalyan being an important railway junction for Indian Railways has many long distance trains having a stoppage.

Hey Shrikant,
Heard that there are many good educational institutes in and near the place where the flats are coming up. The schools are located at a radius of approx 3 kms and have all latest facilities. Since I have booked a flat in this project because of many schools which are nearby to the apartments. Some of the list of schools are
1. KCT School
2. Sri Ganpat Warekar High School
3. SMG Vidya Mandir
4. Oxford English School
5. Chandresh Lodha Memorial School

Hello,
One can also take the Pipeline Road, Taloja Bypass Road and Diva Agasam road from Lodha Casa Bella which serves as an important connectivity from the site where the ongoing flats are coming up.
