Q: Can anybody let me know hos is the connectivity to the site. Are there any reputed schools and colleges nearby as I am planning to book a flat?

Latest Answer: There is a School named as Chandresh Lodha Memorial School which is not so much reputed in Dombivli, but it is nearest to Lodha Casa Bella.

What is the status of Serena cluster C in the Casa Bella project?
Q: I had booked room no 702 at cluster C of Serena building at CasaBella, Dombivali.
We had completed all the formalities of bank loan and just waiting for the demand letter from Lodha with supporting evidence. In this connection I am interested to know the present developement status of Serena C.

Q: We have booked a 2bhk ultima flat in casabella,serena-d wing in may2010...till now the plinth work has not started..we have paid almost 7.10 lacs as downpayment..since it is 10 months past and still nothing has started for our building..we are planning to withdraw money and cancell our booking..Does anyone know the process to claim the money back and has anyone got the money back from the developer?

Latest Answer: NO, please don't do that. i have booked Mar 09. the same position is here. but we have to trust on Lodha. they have completed some buildings of the project and planning to give possession soon. would like to suggest you to wait and watch. if you go for cancellation, their rules are very tough and some of your payments will be forfeited and the balance you will get in installments in 2 years with no interest. No construction yet started and possession was to be deliver way back in 2009
Q: I had booked 2 flats in Suprima D wing in Lodha Casa Bella in the year 2009. I had nearly paid Rs 8 lacs and the construction had not yet started now they say that the constrction will start in the month of April 2011, What to do if the construction dosent start even in the month of April 2011.
