I am writing this as I have booked a flat in ACME Avenue A wing. We were supposed to get the possession in the month of June 2018. Lot of work is pending and nowhere near completion. Also on requesting updates i have come to know that it will be given in December 2018 Also they refuse to compensate for the delay. What should be done??

We've bought a flat here in Oct 2013 in the A wing. At that time the podium work was going on for the A wing. Now in May 2014, the construction has been done till the 5th floor. I think its going slow. At the time of purchase, the builder had said that the work for B wing will start by JAn 14, however it hasnt started as yet. This seems like a 7 year plan to me.

I went in October 2013 podium level work is going on the project is to slow who know when this will be ready, now a days builder take 40 to 50 percent at the time of booking and sit ideal.
