I visited the site yesterday, Construction is in full swing. Highly recommended for self use buyers. Connectivity to major routes from project is the best part.

One of the best project to invest. Price here is very low compared to the amenities provided by the builder.

Nice project. Good place for self use. Recently visited this property. Sample flat is excellent. You can book a 2bhk at 4.99L & the remainin can be paid at possession.

If i go for Acme avenue or any other projects in Kandivali West, Mumbai, how much appreciation i can get in 3-5 yrs? I would also like to know the current property rates in Kandivali West, Mumbai?

Current residential property rates in Kandivali West is 10600-17800/sq-ft. and average price will be Rs.14150/sq-ft. depends on the locality and the amenities provided by the builders.
