Good Project
Q: Layout plan & location seems to be good. Price has increased tremendously over last couple of years. My cousin bought a property here at almost half the price, way back. Looking forward for this property as Acme is a good brand.

Latest Answer: Great project & excellent offer. Recently visited the site. Construction quality, sales staff, location everything seems to be top class. Acme recently came up with a new subvention scheme. Looking forward to book an apt here.

Q: One of the best projects in Kandivali east. Acme has 2 projects in Kandivali Avenue & Oasis. Prices are almost same, but Avenue has 1.5 BHK flats available.

Project Status
Q: Can you tell me the status of construction on this project ?

Latest Answer: I am writing this as I have booked a flat in ACME Avenue A wing. We were supposed to get the possession in the month of June 2018. Lot of work is pending and nowhere near completion. Also on requesting updates i have come to know that it will be given in December 2018 Also they refuse to compensate for the delay. What should be done?? Dr. jasmine Tijoriwalla
