Land dispute in Keerthi Gardenia

Hi, I don't claim to know all about Keerthi Gardenia and the legal position of the title. But It's a fact that there have been certain litigations within a family who inherited this piece of land several years earlier. There after the land was passed on to two more holders before the current owner laid hands. What is also known as a fact is that the current owner has taken interest to resolve these open litigations out of court. Hence there has been fresh "deed of confirmation" and "court order" confirming that the litigations are now resolved. Thus as much as I know, the Project Keerthi Gardenia is now legally clear; or else I wuldn't have dared to put my money there as well :-)
