Q: I heard that this project don't have proper approval, can somebody give some info. Have anyone booked flat in this apartment?

If you are looking for a short term invest I would advice you invest in EC Phase I as the area is already developed and all big and branded builder like Ajmera, Concorde etc already have their presence in Phase I. But if you are looking for a long term investment you can consider EC Phase 2 as this area will take time for development and till now no reputed builders have come up with their project. EC Phase II is getting developed slowly and the real estate is also booming. Once the proposed PRR gets functional you can expect a good return from Phase II

If anyone have already bought, can share their comments.

Better go and check with BDA people, can they construct apartment on BDA sites.
It is upto you.. Banks will give loan and they will put a condition in their documents in small letters that it is owners responsibility to check whether project have necessary approvals...
Buying may not be issue.. but when this area comes under BBMP then we will see what will happen to these apartment.
At that time you will not be able to sell your apartment.

People,Ambiance Woods project in Electronic city is is copletely illegal...We infact paid advance and when we checked the documents and from BDA authorities,its confirmed that its an illegal construction.and would be demolished soon,it seems the builder had bribed some banks to get it approved.......Becareful....do not pick it,people who had already picked from Ambiance woods can definitely take the money back,provided if they approach electronic city cops.....

hi Its not a Illigal property as builder clearly says its a BDA approved layout but building plan is Panchayat approved, more over Loan is approved by one of the nationalised bank CanFin homes

Ambiance wood apartment in celebrity layout will be demolished by BDA as there NO approval to construct apartment in this layout. We have complaint against construction of this apartment. We are waiting and expecting justice would be done. Ambiance woods apartment is illegal.

Ambiance woods is illegal. Builder took approval from Panchayat NOT from BDA. It is BDA a layout for constructing individual houses. Apartment in this layout is illegal.

Hi Amit, This is a illegal apartment. Builder has bought adjacent individual sites and started constructing apartment without BDA approval. I will suggest don't buy, otherwise you will be in trouble.
