Q: I Like to buy an apartment in Purva Wintermere the sales people are saying there is availability in seventh floor only.Is there will be problem in buying a flat in seventh floor?Anybody going to withdraw from any other floors?Please inform

Generally it will be super hot at top floors but based on my connect with sales rep they said the construction team may come up with some solution like increasing the top floor layer with some technology.

Purva Windermere is located in the city center at Pallikarna. The project is surrounded by two beautiful natural lakes. Buying a flat in the seventh floor should not be a problem as long as there are safety measures taken in the balcony and the railings. The view will be good from such a height.
