I bought a flat in Mana placido, Quility of work is very poor. You have run behind this builder lot. We have now legal isses of khata transfer. they telling lot of bala bala. I am suffering. Dont go with this builder.

Hi Mohak and Piyush,

As per my experience Mana Builder is quite good. I didnt go for Legal Verification as Prem has told he has done the same. Also as it was approved by SBI and LIC , so i was not much worried about legal parameters. So i booked 3 BHK around 4 months back. But still i would suggest if you concern , please go for verification to have mental peace.

Regarding progress , its right on schedule. Tile work has started in most of floors.

Hi,
I am thinking to book flat in placido. Has anyone noticed the workers living in the shed on adjacent property on left hand side? The flats on that side of shed may face some nuissance by those laborers. Any views on this? Builder says that strip of land belongs to more than one owner and will remain as is.

Hi Piyush, can you please share the info you were seeking in this forum. I am also planning to book a 3bhk flat in Mana Placido. Bangalore has so many illegal constructions going on so getting a little paranoid before putting my hard earned money in any project.

Hi guys, I am planning to book a flat in mana placido. I went through the reviews and feedback people have posted here.I need some more info from people already invested in this project.
1)Is the project legally clear, any problem in documents/construction?
2)Any problems faced with the builder after signing the agreement?
3)How is the builder and quality of construction of existing projects(if somebody has checked it out).
4)Has anybody gone with SBI for loan? If so how much percentage of loan bank has released for the project. Kindly share the details as i will plan to go for SBI for loan. The project progress is good so this will help to calculate the EMI's.
5)What is the per sqft rate these days in that area or for this project?
Please let me know about your experiences so that i can make a decision soon.

Prem, thanks for a nice summary.

Regarding completion I saw in some thread that the agreement has it mentioned as March 2013 - but the builder still mentioned Dec-2012 to me?

Also, regarding your point on the model flat - they have the same snapshots for the model flat in Mana Pristine and Mana Seldon.

Have you already got the papers of the project checked via lawyers?

Kapil, check out my inputs in the link above. (on groundtruth). Legally this project is very sound. Am personally happy with the progress of construction. It is well by schedule.

Thanks Prem for your detailed comments :)
I visited on saturday and progress is quite good. I was informed that with all aminites project will complete on Aug 2013. But wood work can be done in Nov and Dec you can occupy. Hope it go the same way.
Can you suggest me about getting best prize from builder ?
